Standard Delivery
UK MainlandOur delivery charges are based on the total weight of your order. For small items the charge starts at £ 4.95.
The Scottish Islands, N Ireland, Isle of Man and Scilly Isles
May have additional shipping charges, which are shown on the View Basket and Checkout pages.
We process your order on the day of receipt and subject to stock availability, you should receive the goods within 5 to 7 working days. To view the total cost of delivery, just view your completed shopping basket.
Express Delivery (UK Mainland)
Delivery can be arranged for orders placed before midday. For UK mainland locations, the charge starts at £ 9.95. Any additional shipping charges will be notified before processing. Please select "Express Delivery" from the delivery options on the order screen. Timed deliveries available - quotation available upon request.
Overseas Delivery
This is calculated by weight and delivery destination and the options will be shown on the View Basket and Checkout pages. For orders within the EC are subject to UK vat at current standard rate. For orders outside the EC, orders will automatically be supplied ex VAT - e.g The Channel Islands etc.
Heavy and Bulky Items
For certain heavy, bulky and special items, for example: Large Outboard Motors, no shipping charges are shown and you should either place your order and select "Shipping to be confirmed on receipt of order" or
contact us for a quote.
EU customers registered for VAT can obtain Goods UK VAT free by providing us with their VAT/IVA/TVA number
We also deliver to BFPO
Goods exported or carried personally out of the country may qualify for a tax refund
We offer a full range of export facilities and our staff have considerable expertise in sending consignments all over the world.
Tax free shopping Our tax free shopping service allows customers from outside the European Union (EU) to claim back the Value Added Tax (VAT) on purchases from Seamark Nunn.
Who can buy tax free? Overseas buyers whose domicile or habitual residence is outside the European Union, and intend to leave for a destination outside the EU within three months. UK residents who send goods to friends and family living outside the EU.
What do I save? Non-EU customers may reclaim the Value Added Tax (VAT) included in the purchase price, less any administrative charge.
Does VAT apply to all goods? A VAT refund will be given on all merchandise except books and children's clothes and shoes which are free of VAT, and are therefore not eligible.
What restrictions are there? You must travel to a country outside the European Union within three months of the first purchase date.
How do I claim my refund? Having completed your shopping at our store in Felixstowe, please request a tax free shopping form. You will need to show your receipts and passport when you leave the UK. The procedure for obtaining a VAT refund will then be explained to you.
How is my refund paid? A credit to your Credit Card or Debit Card

General Information
Upon receipt and processing of your order, we will contact you if any additional shipping charges are required. We will not ship or process your payment details until we have received your acceptance of the additional charges.
Occasionally items are not immediately available - in certain circumstances we will then despatch as much of your order as we can immediately and back-order the unavailable item for delivery at a later date at no extra charge.

On the day of despatch, we will send you a confirmation email, with tracking information where applicable.

Terms and Conditions (UK Customers only)

The following are the terms and conditions of trading with Seamark Nunn Ltd ("Supplier") for the supply of Supplier?s goods ("Goods") to any third party ("Buyer").
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. Orders
1.1 The Buyer may make an order for Goods from the Supplier by online order form sent by e-mail, facsimile or by means of a postal or telephone order.
1.2 The Buyer shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the order. By placing an order for the Goods the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted these conditions of trade.
1.3 Under the "Offensive Weapons Act 1996" we cannot sell knives to anyone under the age of 16. In order to ensure compliance, we only deliver knives to the same name and address as the cardholder.
2. Foundation of Contract and Specifications
2.1 No Contract will subsist between the Supplier and Buyer for the sale of any Goods unless and until the Supplier accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has shipped your product.
2.2 Whilst the Supplier makes every effort to ensure that the Goods descriptions and illustrations contained on the web-site are accurate and current the Supplier is dependant upon the Goods manufacturer to provide the correct information.
2.3 The Supplier cannot guarantee product availability. Should Goods ordered be temporarily unavailable the Buyer shall be notified of the delay in delivery and given the option to cancel the order. If the Buyer does not cancel the Order, the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the new delivery date.
3. Delivery
3.1 Delivery of the Goods shall be made within 28 days of the Supplier's acceptance of the Order unless an extended delivery date is agreed between the parties and shall be effected by the Supplier delivering the Goods to the Buyer's address as notified to the Supplier on the Buyer's order. If pursuant to this clause 3.1, the parties cannot agree an extended delivery date, the Supplier shall be entitled to cancel the order and refund the purchase price (if already paid).
3.2 Subject to clause 3.1 any dates quoted for delivery of the Goods are approximate only. The Supplier shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Goods and time shall not be of the essence in these Terms and Conditions.
3.3 UK delivery and carriage is normally by Royal Mail or Parcel Force. Heavy items shall be sent by road carrier. All web-site orders will be subject to a minimum shipping charge of £ 4.95 to any UK address. Some addresses may be subject to additional carriage charges (which we will confirm if applicable) and some heavy or bulky items will also attract additional carriage charges. Overseas delivery and carriage is normally by Air Parcel Force to Europe or Air Freight for most non-European countries. It is the Buyers responsibility to check the carriage charge prior to placing its order. Carriage charge is additional to the price of Goods listed.
3.4 Hazardous Goods can only be delivered by Road Freight and the Buyer should request a quotation of the carriage cost prior to placing an order.
3.5 The Buyer shall report any damage to the Goods during transit, to the Supplier within seven days of delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
4. Cancellation Rights & Returns
4.1 The Buyer may cancel the order within 7 working days of receipt for any reason whatever. The Buyer is required to provide written notice of cancellation within this 7 working day period. The Supplier will arrange for a refund of the purchase price (excluding any delivery charges) to be made within 30 days of cancellation. The Buyer should enclose with the goods, a note with their name, address and instructions. The Buyer should return items carefully wrapped and complete with packaging, and ensure that they obtain a proof of postage for their own security. If goods have not been returned, the Supplier is entitled to make a charge to reflect the cost of collecting goods from the consumer and deduct this from the refund.
4.2 The customer is responsible for paying the cost of returning unwanted goods, unless the goods are faulty, in which case, contact us by phone or fax for our return instructions.
4.3 This 7 working day cancellation period does not cover the following goods:-
Perishable items, sealed audio or video recordings or computer software which have been unsealed by the Buyer.
4.4 Any goods which the Buyer wishes to return after 7 working days from receipt will be subject to a 15% re-stocking charge. Please contact us for return instructions.
4.5 Un-authorised returns - if the buyer returns unwanted or faulty goods without prior arrangement with the Supplier, a 15% re-stocking charge will be made.
5. Price
5.1 Prices quoted on the Supplier web-site are shown inclusive of VAT. For non-EEC or any other business, export VAT will be deducted at the applicable rate. EEC customers registered for VAT can obtain Goods UK VAT free by providing us with their VAT/IVA/TVA number printed on an order or letter head.
5.2 Prices are subject to alteration however any change in price will be notified to the Buyer prior to the Suppliers acceptance of the order.
6. Payment
6.1 The Methods of payment are detailed on the web-site.
6.2 Payment for the Goods is always subject to clearance prior to the Supplier despatching the Goods.
7. Warranties, Liability and Faulty Goods
7.1 The Supplier offers a no quibble 12-month warranty subject to the Goods being returned to base and the Supplier receiving notification of such return prior to the Buyer returning the Goods. In such cases the Supplier shall be entitled to replace or repair such returned Goods free of charge. If for any reason this is not appropriate a full refund will be offered.
7.2 To the fullest extent permitted at law the Supplier will not be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this web-site. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, of or damage to property and claims of third parties. For the avoidance of doubt the supplier does not limit its liability for death or personal injury to the extent that it arises as a result of the negligence of the Supplier.
7.3 For the avoidance of doubt where Goods are sold under a consumer transaction the statutory rights of the Buyer are not affected by these Terms and Conditions.
8. General
8.1 The Supplier shall not be under any liability for any failure to perform any of its obligations hereunder due to Force Majeure. Following notification by the Supplier to the Buyer of such cause, the Supplier shall be allowed a reasonable extension of time for the performance of its obligations. For the purposes of this clause 8.1 ?Force Majeure? means fire, explosion, flood, lightning, Act of God, act of terrorism, war, rebellion, right, sabotage or official strike or similar official labour dispute or events or circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Supplier.
8.2 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared by any judicial or any other competent authority to be void, voidable, illegal or otherwise unenforceable or indications to that effect are received by either party from any competent authority then that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so these Terms and Conditions shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
8.3 These Terms and Conditions supersede any prior agreement between the parties whether written or oral under such prior agreements.
8.4 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and the English Courts shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to decide any dispute concerning these Terms and Conditions or the subject matter of these Terms and Conditions.
8.5 No waiver by Supplier of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by the Buyer shall be considered as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provisions.
