Our Mail Order department ship chandlery, boat parts, outboards and clothing around the world. We use several couriers and we will endeavour to get your products to you as quickly and as cost effectively as possible. For the UK, delivery charges are automatically added to your order and you will see the total amount you have to pay before you confirm the order. Unfortunately we have to charge carriage but we attempt to keep it to a minimum. Some deliveries may require a signature. If you are liable to be out, please give an alternative delivery address or type instructions into the notes section as you place your order. We aim to despatch goods in stock within 2 working days, and deliver to you within 28 working days. Occasionally items are not immediately available - we may despatch as much of your order as we can immediately and back-order the unavailable item for delivery at a later date at no extra charge.

The UK Mainland delivery cost for an individual item is shown on the product page. Where there is no charge shown, we will quote for delivery. Please contact us for a quote.

The Free Delivery logo is added to a product's description when that product qualifies for
Free Mainland UK delivery. This will usually be for a set time period which will expire.
Other items added to your order could still be subject to delivery charges.

Costs will be calculated automatically by our website on the total weight of the order.

Due to the physical size and weight of some products, the price for shipping will be quoted for
once your order has been received.

Hazardous Items (UK Mainland ONLY) - such as Flares will be charged £17.95 delivery charge.

Note: Due to the continual changes and alterations regarding the rules and regulations which
govern the transportation of hazardous goods we may be required to re quote for the cost of delivery
of some items. Every effort is made to ensure that the delivery prices quoted at the time of order are
accurate and correct but there may be occasions when either the package contents or the delivery
location will require us to amend the delivery cost which you will be charged. In EVERY instance
a member of our sales team will contact you to authorise this alteration in the delivery cost.

For all other orders, we will quote you shipping. You can either email us details of your order
with your name and full delivery address and we will contact you with a shipping quote or you can
place your order on our website and we will contact you with a shipping cost.

Prices on this website Include UK VAT at the current rate.

Orders within the EC are subject to UK vat at current standard rate. For orders outside the EC,
orders will automatically be supplied as Export (excluding VAT - e.g The Channel Islands etc.)

EU customers registered for VAT can obtain Goods UK VAT free by providing us with their
Company Name and VAT/IVA/TVA number at the checkout.
