Lead time - this means we don't have the item in stock but indicates an approximate lead time to us with additional time for delivery to you.
Call for availability - this means the item is normally held in stock with our supplier but you should check the lead time
Awaiting Stock - this means the item is not in stock and we are awaiting a delivery
Special Order - this indicates the lead time of non-stocked items
Built to order - this means that the item is assembled to order

Free Delivery
We offer free delivery on orders over £150 to most of the UK (some items sent to Post Codes AB, DD8-11, FK7-21, IV, KW, PA21-80, PH and all Islands may not be included under these terms - shipping charges that apply will be shown at the checkout)
This offer does not include some high value items, some paints and heavy or bulky items such as Inflatable Boats, Outboards or long items such as oars.

Our web site is constantly updated but demand is high and we occasionally run out of stock on popular items. If, for this reason, we cannot despatch your order for delivery within the standard 2-4 working days, we will contact you with a revised despatch date.

Express Shipping

Orders received before 1pm GMT Monday to Thursday will be delivered on the following working day. Orders placed after Midday Thursday will be delivered on the following Monday (if a working day). If you place an Express order on Fri/Sat/Sun, your order will be delivered on the Tuesday if Monday is a normal working day - (subject to availability - please check the stock status as indicated on each product).

UK Standard Shipping is 2-4 working days.

We will endeavour to get your products to you as quickly and as cost effectively as possible. For the UK, shipping charges are automatically added to your order and you will see the total amount you have to pay BEFORE you confirm the order!.
Unfortunately we have to charge shipping but we attempt to keep it to a minimum. Some deliveries may require a signature. If you are liable to be out, please give an alternative delivery address or type instructions into the notes section as you place your order.

All deliveries will normally be made between Monday and Friday. We can deliver to your home or work address if more convenient. Most orders will need to be signed for upon delivery. Should a signature be unobtainable or a specified address is inaccessible, the delivery will be returned to Seamark Nunn.

We may not always be able to leave an order in a safe place or with a neighbour.
By opting for a parcel to be left in a safe place you are deciding on the way it is to be delivered, from this point on it's your responsibility.

As keen boating and outdoor enthusiasts we are passionate about the items that we sell and about their appropriate and safe use. As such we do not sell bladed products to anybody under the age of 18 and reserve the right to cancel any order at our own discretion.

By placing an order with Seamark Nunn you agree to have your age verified.

Our Age Verification Process

To be able to add a restricted item to the basket you are required to select your date of birth using the drop downs and also upload an image of your Driving Licence or Passport.
At the checkout you will be asked to enter your personal details including name, address and contact details. Upon receipt of your order, your information will be screened to confirm that you are over the age of 18. If you do not pass this process you may be asked to provide additional information.

Once your identity is verified, we will be able to ship your order.
These items will be sent by Royal Mail using the Age Verification Service, no item can be left.
You need to be 18 or over to take delivery or collect your parcel. So, if you look under 25, please have your valid passport or driving licence ready.

Due to the continual changes and alterations regarding the rules and regulations which govern the transportation of hazardous goods we may be required to re quote for the cost of delivery of some items. Every effort is made to ensure that the delivery prices quoted at the time of order are accurate and correct but there may be occasions when either the package contents or the delivery location will require us to amend the delivery cost which you will be charged. In EVERY instance a member of our sales team will contact you to authorise this alteration in the delivery cost.

International Shipping

All shipments outside of the UK are Export Sales, including the EU and as such may be subject to import duties and taxes. UK VAT (20%) will not be charged on these sales (automatically deducted at the checkout), however these shipments may be subject to import duties ( fees, tariffs, taxes) as determined by the country of destination. Seamark Nunn cannot calculate foreign import fees or taxes during the payment process and cannot provide an estimation of any potential charges which may incur. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding your country's importation policies. These shipments are made Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), this means the recipient is responsible for paying these charges which must be paid before delivery or collection. Parcels will be held by customs until any outstanding payments are made. Any payments not received may result in the parcel being returned or delayed.

LARGE/HEAVY ORDER

We currently do not deliver to BFPO addresses for website orders, however please contact us with your requirements as we should be able to help you.

Prices on this website Include UK VAT at the current rate.

For export orders outside the UK, VAT will automatically be deducted at the checkout, including the Channel Islands.

All Export Sales are made Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), so there may be taxes and duties payable locally before delivery/collection.
